Custom Pool Design
We create pool designs based on your property layout, preferences, and budget. You’ll receive detailed plans and 3D renderings before construction begins so you can see what the finished pool will look like.
Engineering and Permitting
Pool construction requires structural engineering and building permits. We prepare the necessary documentation, submit permit applications to your local building department, and coordinate any required inspections. If your property is in an HOA community, we handle those submissions as well.
Material and Finish Options
We offer a range of interior finishes, including plaster, pebble, quartz, and tile. We also provide various options for waterline tile, coping, and decking materials. During the design phase, we’ll go over the available choices and help you select materials that fit your preferences and budget.
Pool Features
We can incorporate additional features into your pool design, including tanning ledges, built-in spas, waterfalls, bubblers, LED lighting, fire features, and automation systems. We’ll discuss which options make sense for your project during the consultation.
Construction
We use our own crews for construction rather than subcontracting the work out. This allows for better coordination between project phases and more consistent quality control throughout the build.
Pool Styles We Build
We design and construct various pool styles depending on your property and preferences.
Geometric Pools
Rectangular, L-shaped, and other angular designs. These work well for lap swimming and have a classic appearance that suits most home styles.
Freeform Pools

Infinity Edge Pools

Here’s how a typical pool project progresses from start to finish.
Step 1: Consultation and Site Visit
We visit your property to assess the space and discuss your goals for the project. We’ll talk about pool size, style, features, and budget.
Step 2: Design and Planning
We create a custom design for your pool, including detailed plans and 3D renderings. We make revisions based on your feedback until the design is finalized.
Step 3: Engineering and Permits
We prepare structural engineering documents and submit permit applications. We manage the approval process and schedule construction once permits are issued.
Step 4: Excavation and Steel Installation
We excavate the pool area and install the steel rebar framework that provides structural support for the pool shell.
Step 5: Plumbing and Electrical
We install plumbing lines for water circulation and electrical connections for pumps, lights, and other equipment.
Step 6: Gunite Application
We apply gunite over the steel framework to form the pool shell. The shell cures for approximately 30 days.
Step 7: Tile, Coping, and Decking
We install waterline tile, coping around the pool edge, and deck surfaces.
Step 8: Interior Finish and Startup
We apply the interior finish, fill the pool with water, balance the chemistry, and start up the equipment.
Step 9: Final Walkthrough
We review the completed pool with you and explain how to operate and maintain your equipment.
